Welcome! My name is Alex, I am a lover of life and following my heart, on my journey I got known under the moniker yogagurl! My life has always been about following my dreams and expressing myself creatively,

Today I love sharing my daily rituals and holistic living tips and how they helped me heal myself body mind spirit!

Because my business has grown alongside me its been an organic process over 2 decades, this has allowed me to waeve in my passions and wisdom while working very closely with my small group of commited clients who want to transfrom their lives inside and out! I'm also known as a badass rebel for transformation so if you want to make change I'm here to hold the space for you!

Because of my own health challenges early in my life I suffered burnout and Candida and Chronic Fatigue. Due to my workaholic, type A habits as an eco-preneur and sustainable designer I suffered a health break down at 30 years old, around the time I was also in 2 car accidents. This catapulted me into the desire to heal myself and continued my lifelong quest for traveling the world over in search of the best and some times exotic health and spiritual practices from many cultures including Japan, Thailand, Mexico, Europe, Hawaii and more!
